Redilens mould design & construction operations has gained reputation for optical-quality injection mould building and repair. Our capabilities include design, construction and repair of sophisticated optical moulds resulting in optically correct (zero power), distortion free optics.

All our moulds have been designed and developed in house. We have over 300 mould inserts for various lenses polished by technique developed specifically to get distortion free lenses.

We have developed injection moulding visor tools for helmet manufacturers from design stages to production of the visors. The capability of optical mould polishing enables us to repair damaged moulds in house.
